Information we collect
What you give us
When you book a free First Victory Lesson, we ask for your name, mobile phone number and email address, your zip code, the studio you choose and the time you pick. We ask parents and guardians for their own details, not their child's. Families and ages are sorted out on the phone or at the studio.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit: your device and browser type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address. If you arrived from an ad, we keep the ad's source fields (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid) with your booking so we know which ads work.
We use cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta pixel) to measure visits and bookings and to show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools may collect information about your visit across websites.
How we use your information
- To book, confirm and remind you about your lesson, by phone call, text message or email.
- To answer your questions and help you choose a program after the lesson.
- To send you information about Victory classes and events, if you agree. You can stop at any time.

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your lesson, including automated reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- The Victory studio you choose, so its team can welcome you.
- Service providers who work for us, under contract and only for our purposes: GoHighLevel (our booking calendar, customer records, email and text messaging), our website host, and Google and Meta for ad measurement as described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our students, families and staff.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for parents and guardians. The booking form asks for an adult's details. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to serve you and for our normal business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
